These Terms govern your use of the Nontons IPTV Player app and website. By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Nontons, you agree to these Terms.
The essential point: Nontons is a media player, not an IPTV provider. You are responsible for every playlist, service, and item of content you connect or access.

Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use Nontons where doing so would violate applicable law.

What Nontons provides
Nontons provides software for organizing and playing streams from user-configured sources. Features may include live television, movies, series, EPG data, catch-up playback, search, favorites, playback progress, subtitles, alternate audio, and related controls.
Nontons does not sell or supply channels, playlists, IPTV subscriptions, EPG data, or media. We do not endorse, control, or verify third-party IPTV providers or content made available by them.

License
Subject to these Terms, Nontons grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on supported devices for lawful personal use. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
- copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the app except where law expressly permits;
- reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, entitlement, or access-control features except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- modify the app or create derivative works from it without permission;
- use the app to harm systems, distribute malicious code, or gain unauthorized access; or
- misrepresent your association with Nontons.

Your sources and content
You may connect only playlists, services, streams, and content that you are authorized to access and use. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use complies with copyright, contract, broadcasting, privacy, and other applicable laws and rights.
You are responsible for safeguarding IPTV credentials, parental PINs, and device access. Do not share credentials contrary to your provider’s terms. Nontons is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your device or credentials.

Third-party services
Nontons communicates with services you select, including IPTV providers, EPG sources, app stores, and purchase infrastructure. Their content, availability, security, data handling, and terms are controlled by them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.
Features such as catch-up, DRM playback, EPG data, subtitles, alternate audio, and stream seeking work only when supported by your source and device. We cannot guarantee the quality, legality, continuity, or compatibility of any third-party source.

Updates and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue app features, release updates, or stop supporting certain devices or Android versions. Some updates may be required for continued use, compatibility, security, or purchase verification.
We aim to keep Nontons reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet access, device capability, provider uptime, stream formats, regional restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control affect availability.

Intellectual property
Nontons, its software, design, branding, and original materials are owned by Nontons or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to third-party content accessed through the app.
If you believe material directly controlled by Nontons infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your authority to act. For content supplied by an IPTV provider, contact that provider directly.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Nontons. By using the app, you acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nontons is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant any third-party provider, playlist, stream, program data, or media.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer-protection law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nontons and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profit, revenue, or goodwill; provider outages; unauthorized content access; or claims arising from third-party sources.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to Nontons will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Nontons during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination
You may stop using Nontons at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to app-controlled services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse purchase systems, threaten the app or others, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or security needs. The revised version will be posted here with a new date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continuing to use Nontons after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

General terms
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a business reorganization or transfer. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
