Nontons is an IPTV player. It does not provide channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media. This Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Nontons Android app and this website.
In short: your playlist and viewing activity are used to operate the player. Viewing progress is stored locally and is not currently synced between devices. Purchase status is processed by the app store and RevenueCat.

Information the app handles
Playlist and provider information
When you add an M3U playlist, Xtream Codes service, XMLTV source, or custom playback headers, the app processes the URLs, credentials, and configuration you provide so it can connect to that source. This information is stored on your device and is sent to the provider endpoints you choose when required to load or play content.
Viewing and preference data
Favorites, recent channels, Continue Watching progress, watched episodes, parental settings, and appearance preferences are stored locally on your device. Nontons does not currently provide cross-device cloud sync for this data.
Purchase information
Premium purchases are completed by your device’s app store. Nontons uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and maintain subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process purchase history, an app user identifier, product and entitlement status, and related device or store information. Nontons does not receive your full payment-card details. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and your app store’s privacy terms for more information.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address and any technical details you choose to share. Please do not send IPTV passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in support messages.
Website data
This website does not use account registration, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts. Standard server logs may temporarily record information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time for security and reliable delivery.

How information is used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- connect to sources you configure and play requested media;
- remember app settings, favorites, and viewing progress;
- verify and restore Premium access;
- respond to support requests;
- protect, maintain, and troubleshoot the app and website; and
- comply with legal obligations.

Retention and security
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app, subject to any device backup settings. Support communications and limited website records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, and legal purposes. Purchase service providers keep information according to their own retention policies.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. The security of IPTV sources and credentials also depends on the provider you select and whether it supports secure connections.

Your choices and rights
You can remove playlists, EPG sources, viewing history, and other locally stored information from the app or by clearing the app’s storage. Subscription changes and cancellations are handled in your app store settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we control. To make a request, contact us below. We may need to verify the request. For data controlled by an IPTV provider or app store, contact that provider directly.

Children
Nontons is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion. Local law may set a higher minimum age.

International processing
App stores, RevenueCat, hosting providers, and IPTV services may process information in countries other than yours. Their privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use lawful mechanisms for transfers under our control.

Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as Nontons changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated within the app where appropriate.
